  • Item Unavailable: A full refund will only be issued if the specific tableware or culinary heirloom object you ordered is no longer available or has been sold prior to our secure pickup, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
  • Order Validation: This refund will be processed immediately after our standard 48-to-72 hour availability and inspection check.

  • We ensure that all high-resolution photos are clear and the exact condition of each antique item is thoroughly described. By purchasing from Heirloom Paris, you acknowledge that these are specialized vintage pieces with historical wear and minor imperfections relative to their age. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Damaged Items & Reclamations

  • If your fragile item arrives damaged during transit, please follow these steps to initiate a reclamation:
  • Evidence: Provide clear, detailed photos of the broken item and the original secure packaging. We will assist you in filing a formal claim with the high-value transit insurance provider.
  • Carrier Inspection: You must report any visible package damage or tampering to the transportation company at the exact moment of delivery and note it explicitly on the delivery slip before signing.
